I ordered the wrong PTO shaft for my bush hog (my fault). I called the 800 number. The person who answered the phone took a few minutes to understand my problem and referred it to a tech, who called me back same day and actually had the exact shaft I needed ( my bush hog is over 40 yrs old). They quickly processed the return and ordered the correct one. Great service from three different employees. I saw some service complaints, but the service I received was first class

Missing parts Opened box after traveling 5 hours back home and discovered missing part. Contacted Monroe branch on Wednesday and missing part was delivered on Thursday. One cannot ask for better service! Thanks, Randy

Purchased a Eurocardan PTO safety shield, came with- in 5 days. In assembling I had to size shield shorter, and the safety sticker was on the end that I had to cut off. tried to remove sticker with a hairdryer and ruined it call for a replacement and explained my story I was told no problem, by weeks end I had a complete shaft replacement with a handwritten note saying they did not have replacement sticker so a complete shield was sent. *** NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE *****
