Ordered part 108030 on 10/05/2026 and the measurements for the item are as stated 1-1/4" x 1-3/4" x 10-7/8". With other businesses the first measure is the thickness of the shank, not with you, you measure the out side and because of this you have taken my money and sold me a worthless part. I will not but from you again and I will recomend others do the same.

Either this site or a clone harvested my card details as I tried to pay for goods (unsuccessfully). I've had to change my card after it was blocked because of suspicious activity. Be very careful.

Id give minus stars but no option, very poor customer service, you think theyd be screaming for business with brexit, ordered wellies, never arrived, i emailed and msged through email and no reply. Ill be avoiding ebay and Agri UK from now. Go amazon.

Delivered entirely the wrong item. Was assured this would be swapped over however it wasn’t. My emails were mostly ignored, I was lied to on live chat and also ignored when asking to have this resolved. Shocking customer service so had to involve PayPal to get my money back. Avoid!

Good luck returning anything. I hate to say it but just save yourself time and money and buy it off Amazon. I have spent hours on the phone and spoke to 6 different people and keep getting the run around. They finally gave me a call tag number and it took 4 emails to get the correct number so I could schedule the appointment. There 100% satisfaction guarantee is a complete joke.

Placed online order. 10 days went by, and no word from them.. Called and they told me they deleted my order. Then told me they could place it again, but my order would not get any shipping priority, so needed to wait 5 more days for them to ship it. I could see my order online, but they had no reference of it. Unbelievable poor service to new customers, and very poor website order service, and rude customer service on the phone.
