Dashboard = flaming dumpster fire
The API works fine, no real complaints about that, but the billing, and dashboard is a literal flaming dumpster fire. Its beyond me how they can literally make it worse with every single iteration. Their latest genius idea? Lets make a chatbot that nobody wanted, uses or asked for the default landing on the dashboard? Not usage, not anything anyone would want. This useless trashy AI slop that nobody wants has now invaded their dashboard and is totally unwelcome. Meanwhile, they randomly overhauled the billing model, for the 3rd time in 2 years, and constantly send emails that don't even make sense, and disagree with their documentation. This company is unhinged, I'll be moving on literally the second I can.
