Great training. Like all changes, moving to agile requires executive sponsorship and strong leadership. Recommend all leaders your dependent on to make this transformation successful attend this, ideally together.

The course provided great content and did a much better job breaking down the key concepts compared to other courses I've taken on agile methods.

I had such a great experience with my training and learning so much from Trish and Jake. I have already started to apply many of my lessons learned and discovered a whole new way to think about my next meeting or presentations. I would recommend this to anyone thinking of going into leadership, current leaders and entire companies really.

One of the best learning experiences I've ever had. Tricia and Jake are nothing short of amazing. They created and fostered a dynamic, safe and fun environment for exploring the best we could reach in ourselves.

Steve Spearman was/is an excellent facilitator.

Leading Amazing Teams was full of great insight into team behavior and tools you can use immediately.

Great course especially with a collaborative Scrum team. Get certified at the end of the course!

Excellent class with Tricia and Jake. Lots of helpful exercises, and some concrete strategies you can use right away. This course was better than I expected.
