I recently took John Miller's Product Owner course and it was an incredible experience! John's personality really shines through in his teaching style – he's not only fun and engaging, but also incredibly knowledgeable. One of the aspects I appreciated the most about the course was its strong focus on outcomes and discovering customer needs before diving into features. This approach really sets the course apart and gives you a deeper understanding of how to create products that truly resonate with customers. What's even more impressive is the practicality of the course. John provides a range of tools and templates that are immediately applicable. This hands-on approach allowed me to start implementing what I learned right away in my own projects. Overall, I highly recommend John Miller's Product Owner course to anyone looking to enhance their skills in product management. It's a game-changer!

Excellent class, John explained the concepts thoroughly!!

I recently started my journey with Scrum and had been practicing the role of Scrum Master for a few months. I wanted to take the next step to formalize my learning and get certified. This course was excellent and reinforced the the principles of agile working and Scrum, across all roles of the scrum team. John Miller did a fantastic job of facilitating this course. The materials and technology were well organized, and John kept the class engaged and participating over the three day period. Highly recommend this course and instructor.

Thanks for the sessions and opportunity to share feedback. What did I love: 1. The superb knowledge of the instructor (John) 2. The interactive and brilliant Miro Board usage What do I want in the sessions? 1. More discussions and explanation of the Scrum Concepts and Implementations through sharing real life experiences (of John and fellow classmates) 2. Challenges faced real time while implementing Scrum (Example - good explanation of real life example by John on explaining Epic, Stories, DOD, Acceptance criteria). Need more of that 3. Experiences and discussions between the classmates. We did not have discussions on the difference of opinion on any question, and may be lost opportunity on seeing multiple perspectives. It could also due to time constraint for the instructor

John was a great teacher in his knowledge of Scrum methodology and Agile. Using a real example that we could apply the Scrum principles to was very useful and helpful in retaining the information.

John was fantastic! The way that the class was organized was really effective. I learned a lot and the activities within the course were engaging, on-topic, and easily understandable.

John was a great instructor and made the class enjoyable and engaging.

John Miller was an excellent teacher who made the class interesting, fun, and informative at the same time. Great Teacher!
