We bounced around the internet searching for new marketing tactics for quite some time. After coming across some of Eric's content on Youtube, we decided to jump into business with Agent Launch. Our small team of two was brand new to the Florida market with zero sphere of influence. While the emphasis is on lead generation, it was clear as soon as we signed up that there was a community and coaching aspect that had plenty of value too. The leads came in as promised and without Eric's team members assuring our success by walking us through their process and dealing with our learning curve (new CRM and website for us). There definitely would have had been a much longer runway to success. The community of Agent Launch employees and RE Agents across North America has helped us tremendously. I signed up with Agent Launch to help provide our small team with new PPC leads. We followed the AL team's recommendation for new construction leads and threw in some seller leads. There were many times we felt like we were doing the leading rather than them leading. Positive elements of the relationship were their communication, agency style approach to client communication, and they did fix things we identified as being wrong. Negative aspects were that we felt like we were guinea pigs and things were being tested on us. We received a lot of leads we couldn't work due to a language barrier without any refund or recourse. And they never delivered the amount of leads promised after a 3-mo. time period. Seemed like we were always ramping up and on the cusp of getting there. The leads we did get were so-so and mostly long-nurtures. When we talked about remediation, challenges in the RE market were cited. I would not sign up again with this company and would give them a hard pass.

Hey Megan, first of all I'm sorry for your experience as it is not common for us. I don't think it's really fair to say there was no recourse, we didn't bill you past the first month and forgave half your contract when I found out you weren't happy. We also clearly discussed on our call that you didn't give it enough time and that market conditions are such that lead timelines are a bit longer. Yes, I will admit we had a small hiccup with the targeting initially. Given you are in Texas, Spanish speaking leads are simply a large part of the population and therefore will be part of the leads generated. After you mentioned this we did tighten things up to ween those out, but Google offers no perfect way to do that as some of these people still search in English. We do exclude other languages as a default if you only speak English. There's also no way for us to know this until you call them, find out and then relay that to us. This is why we ask for ongoing feedback as soon as things happen, not weeks or months later when we've generated 100+ leads, but I recall you said you didn't call the leads right away so I understand. The point of this is it helps optimize based on what you're seeing on your end. As you said, the price should be commensorate with the value received, and I do believe you will make your money back on the leads generated - as you said there were some good conversations that happened despite us not dong this for long and 25% of the leads having broken english. What you didn't to mention in your review (which you did acknowledge on our call) is that as a business with a large team we have hard costs and is the reason for our refund policy, which you seemed to understand. We worked together for 3 months and our team and management team spent a lot of time on your account and did generate leads, build sales systems, had 10+ coaching calls and develop landing pages for you. It's a lot of work. I had no obligation to waive your remaining balances but I did in good faith as I try to come from a place of empathy. I will remind you in our conversation you said you wish to do no harm on anyone and you seemed pretty understanding and knew that we worked to correct things for you, so to be honest this review feels a bit backhanded. There's a lot of bad agencies out there, we are not one of them.

I have been working with Agent Launch for about one year now and have been very happy with my ROI. We started with a landing page focused on my niche and service area and that one page with ppc has generated an additional 16 deals that I would not have earned without Agent Launch. They have been instrumental in supplementing my growing team with quality leads. Their support and training is top notch and everyone on the Agent Launch team is very helpful. I never had to wait for answers on anything which made me very comfortable. We are now testing some new programs which I am super excited about! Suffice to say, if you are in real estate and need to scale with ppc Agent Launch is a no brainer!

Super happy with the Agent Launch! The leads, the training, the tech stacking is really, really good. Constant training, consistent growth, and ever improving systems. That being said, what’s GREAT are the folks who run Agent Launch. Everyone brings their talents and skills to help you succeed! Everyone is accessable and responds quickly to help. The package is definitely one of the best I have been involved with, but it’s the people behind it that makes it an amazing experience!

So I was one of the first ten people to ever sign up for Agent Launch, and I think it was arguably the smartest move of my career. This past quarter, I was the highest producing solo agent for Real Broker in the entire United States, and theres no way I would have put up those numbers without having the Agent Launch systems in place. Truly a one stop experience for setting up a profitable business. Great systems and procedures for paid leads, organic leads, building and editing a YouTube channel, on-boarding a sales person and much more! Love that they took care of setting up and tweaking everything. Then the option of staying with them or going alone. Everything is handed off, in place and working, when the decision is made to go on your own. So helpful!
