Zero stars!!!! Zero customer service
If I could rate less stars I would. These products did nothing and when I canceled them over 6 months in, I for sure canceled it and they started charging my card WITHOUT MY CONSENT again! No email, just a shipped products email and charged. Then I emailed customer service and they are the worst and took over a week to reply. They offered me 40% refund and said to dispose of the product even though I DID NOT ORDER THEM OR AUTHORIZE THE PURCHASE. DO NOT go with this company!!!! I will be pressing further if they do not refund me

Had horrible interactions both on the…
Had horrible interactions both on the phone and via their app chat feature and on email. My meds never shipped on time and one month they were over 40 days late and I had to request a dispute from my credit card company as they refused to refund as I could never reach them. I switched to IVY Rx and NO issues. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Renewed and restored
I went from feeling like there was constantly something wrong with me, to how I believe I should be feeling all the time. I have my energy back and I feel like I am living life rather than getting through life. I can now exercise without becoming overly exhausted and worn out. I’m sleeping really well through the night. My kids feel like they have their mom back. I truly can’t say enough about this LDN. I am overall a healthy person and nothing has helped me as much as LDN. Thank you

They rely on AI and magic links too…
They rely on AI and magic links too much! I am old school and prefer to use my username and password. Notifications and emails 24/7 don’t stop and only 1 out of 20 emails are relevant to my care.
