Peri menopause snuck up on me very unexpectedly. I had a total hysterectomy 12 years, and was not aware that a small sliver of one ovary was left inside of me. That ovary caused severe peri menopause symptoms just as my youngest child was graduating high school, I was making a major move from the Northeast to the South, and empty nesting. Im a business owner and have been very traveling and working for the past few years, and suddenly I found myself unable to fulfill my commitments and make my appearances. I was exhausted, depressed, in a lot of pain, losing hair, my skin was changing, and I was extremely bloated. At 44 single and moving to southwest florida, this was all incredibly difficult on my mental well being. I found Winnona, started hormone cream after a very quick and easy intake process. It took about a month for my symptoms to subside. Am i back to the young pre peri menopause me? No. However, i am improving all of the time and so grateful to have some relief from the myriad of unexpected symptoms we experience as women.
