I have had such a wonderful experience with agelessrx! I have been on a mission to go all natural, and the supplemental lines like NaD and the B12/Mic injections have helped tremendously in my overall health, mood, energy, and muscle recovery! The care team has been quick to respond and so fantastic to work with. I recently had a package of supplements that I never actually received and they were so quick to replace the package immediately with no extra cost to me. It was such a generous response. Very bad experience, not professional workers, they can do mistakes on your order and send you the wrong tracking number

First 2 shipments arrived on time, third one is a week late. Risk factors for stopping Metformin suddenly include coma and/or death. Great. So my life is in this company's hands, and they are a week late with my shipment. If I make it out of this alive, I am DONE with this company. Update: Changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars. This company obviously very much cares about people. In fairness, they responded quickly to my cry for help here, refunded my $75, AND Fedex-overnighted the Metformin to me. They made me whole again. I trust this company now and WILL stick with them and continue to be a customer. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because obviously their IT staff has some work to do to re-calibrate refilling orders more quickly (how about ship 3 weeks in advance instead of cutting it so close to the wire?), and error-catching when orders should have been mailed out but haven't been yet, creating reports so that action can be taken on folks who need their meds, etc. Once they do that....5 stars all the way. Also: Turns out as long as you don't have diabetes to begin with (which, you wouldn't if you are using their site to get metformin), then there is no concern about coma/death/blood sugar spiking in response to not having metformin. My nurse assured me my concerns about that are not relevant, since I don'thave diabetes. So for anyone reading this - if your medication hasn't shipped, or if you haven't gotten it in yet, but should have, don't panic like I did - you will be ok - just send a message to customer service via the website.

AgelessRx is a wonderful company. I have been a customer for about 6 months. Their products are high-quality consistently and their customer service is wonderful and they are so accessible to me. I use quite a few of their products and keep them all on auto order which makes getting my products each month so easy and convenient. The initial process to request and initiate a prescription is very simple and straightforward and not very time consuming. It’s stress-free and it also saves me a trip to a clinic to have vitamin B 12 shots every week so I am loving that as well. I am extremely happy with each and every one of my products and I am noticing so many health benefits including benefits in my cognitive functioning. NAD+ is amazing for SO many reasons and I highly recommend!

I'm not sure what to think of this company. I was reading the privacy statement and noticed an address, when I googled the address, 2370 E Stadium Blvd #2049 Ann Arbor, MI 48104, the address shows up in what appears to be a run-down strip shopping mall area, I couldn't tell if they were claiming to be located where it appeared to be a post office. Not at all what I envision of a successful business. And the story gets worse... I google the company and found another address and contact info: Phone: 650-503-9990 Address:835 Mason ste 250 Dearborn, MI. Now when I google this time, a church is located at that location. Very weird. This might be a scam. Another thing is if you upload your DL and photo, you won't be able to delete them. It has an edit button but only allows you to upload more picture.

I’m not sure what’s going on. It’s been almost a month since I ordered B12/MIC. I’ve sent messages about tracking info and I received replies, but nothing seems to be resolved. They gave me a discount on the order. They said it would take 3-5 days for the refund. It hasn’t been 3-5 days yet, so I don’t know yet if I’ll get the refund. They said my order would be sent out by now, but still no tracking number. I hate to think I’m being scammed. I don’t like writing bad reviews, but if this company is suspect I don’t want other people to be scammed. *********************** I have received a partial refund and received a message that they are refunding the remaining amount and sending out the order today. I have to say customer service has been extremely helpful. I’ll see if I receive the order soon. I’m relieved in knowing it is reputable company. Everyone makes mistakes. How they handle the mistakes is what I care about.

Ordered metformin and received the first prescription without problems. The 1st refill showed up a week late. I contacted the company and they said they would move my billing and refill date to prevent that from happening again. They did not change the refill date (but amazingly they did remember to charge me early). The company demonstrated they are unable to provide consistent refills. Edit-Of note based on your reply. You did not correct this problem. I contacted your company and when I realized that you had failed to fix the problem. As your customer service member states this was a "human error" . Just like the previous months error. See the pattern? You are much quicker to respond to a negative review than to messages sent through your system.

AgelessRx has been a very smooth experience. Even when we did have a hiccup with one of the shipments, they were exceptionally responsive and replaced the item free of charge. How a business reacts to an issue is often more telling than how they operate on the surface, and AgelessRx passed with flying colors. I have full faith in their customer service to handle any questions or issues that could come up.
