Ordering my next prescription early helped with the delay, but the latest problem is with the CGM devices
Previous shortened review: It took 20 days to fix the error that kept my order from being placed. After that it just under 3 weeks to get it. Initially the company (like many) tried to politely make it seem like the error was on my side. When they realized the error , I was given the" we have never seen this before". Once I get the medication, it worked as anticipated and I do feel better. I gave them 2 stars initially and increased it to 3 waiting to see what the reorder process was going to be like. After I received my first order with the medication, I ordered the the continuous glucose monitoring system. These things are 130 each but have been useful. I reordered them eventually and it takes about two weeks. Lesson learned, order in advance. On your "dashboard you will see when the order is placed and when it ships. After YOU order it can take 4-5 days before you see that order on your dashboard. It will show the day they place it and not the day YOU ordered. I know this now. My second order for the medication was coming due so I communicated with someone to have it sent early to avoid a delay between refills. We will see if this helps or not. I did give them a 4 stars so far because the medication is legit, and the doctor I saw for the telehealth appointment was just awesome . He took his time , was very patient, and answered all question ( first time I have ever had this with a doctor). The CGM's are very useful and easy to apply. If I get my refill early or even on time after I set it up that way I will be happy and change this to a 5 star rating. Helpful hints: 1) plan on the initial treatment taking some time to get to you ( count yourself fortunate if you get it early) 2) if there is a glitch initially, stick it out and do not quit when you know it wasn't YOUR error. 3) when you reorder , plan on it taking about 2 weeks to get to you, and remember to order early. 4) I say all this knowing that setting up an auto refill might help, but admittedly I am paranoid after reading some of the reviews. UPDATE: 2/10/26 I'm keeping it at 3 stars now The CGMs are expensive and have quit 1-2 days early ( 15 days advertised). The last one quit 10 days early. I messaged the company and was told I have to contact the manufacturer for assist. They are slower than Ageless RX. I was told a replacement(1) would be shipped in 48 hours. It is now 8 days out. So these things are 130 through ageless and you can get them for 2-3 for 130 if you buy them directly through Abbott-but its still going to be a slow process. I am sticking with 3 stars for the final review. 3 is average. I would consider a 3.5 as the people are nice and the doctor I talked was absolutely great.
