I´m surprised to see that you don´t know that when you buy a picture, you receive a compressed clean file that you have to decompress and use to produce your poster. Furthermore, if you don´t know how to decompress an image, the intelligent decision is to call or e-mail us, and we will help you to do what you need to do. Giving us a 1 star when is something that you don´t know enough does not sound very ethical. Our company will email you and teach you what you should have learned before.
