I spent 20 frustrating minutes trying to download the picture I just bought, nothing worked. The system kept wanting me to validate my email, which I did several times. In the end, your colleague was able to just email me the picture.

UPDATE MAY 2022: The have just payed the first unpaid invoice ________________________________________________ I am waiting to be paid since March 2021. They never answer to the mails, they do not pay.

The license to use the image is too limiting. It is for one edition of a book. Books now are revised often. Mine twice a year. If I understand the terms of the license correctly, I must pay a fee for the image every six months.

Not very clear what is outdated if you dont t explain things better. Do you mean a license on an image? If this the case could supply the code for it? If this is not the case could you give much better information on what worries you?

This is interesting. Could you supply the image code of the "badly made car model"? Just as a matter of curiosity because that an image is "car model" and not the real thing is pretty obvious just by looking at the image in the web because there is an option that allows enlarging the image quite substantially to avoid mistakes like the one you are describing.
