While shopping at the Colorado Springs store, we saw jake come in and walk his whole store. Seeing the owner who cares on how everything is looking tells me how much this is the type of store I want to buy from. Thanks Pam Annibel

Over the past 13 years, I have been a loyal customer of this store, purchasing the majority of my furniture from them. Throughout my interactions, I consistently encountered a gentleman named 🙏ELIAS🙏, who demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and understanding. He was always willing to provide guidance whenever we sought it. Notably, he exhibited remarkable patience, even as we made multiple changes to our furniture selections. I purchased a dining set and a living room set from him, and my daughter subsequently acquired a dining set, a fireplace, rugs, and numerous other essential items for her new residence. I wholeheartedly commend this individual for his cooperation and assistance.

Alberto Vasquez was the salesperson who made things great for us.We were apprached by 2 others in the store that just wanted to give us their name for commission purposes- neither of those 2 wanted to listen to what we were looking for , or to walk the flooor with us. Aleberto listened, walked with us and helped us with our purchase within 15 to 20 minutes - he answered all of our questions and was super professional - he made our purchase ez ( we spent just over 2K)

I just wanted to say that you guys rock!! Everyone was soo helpful...especially Wolf my sales guy. He made my experience so much more fun and easier! He knew exactly what I needed and what I was looking for. Wolf's the man! and now my home is complete thanks to AFW and my sales person :) Thank you!!!

Will not let me order on like. Sooooo horrible

I’d like to give Great Thanks and Appreciation to “ Deklan” at Thornton Colorado Customer Service pick up. I came in to do a return and was trying to return a small item the first associate did not know how to locate it and in the beginning Deklan also couldn’t locate it at the time and he apologize that this was probably a purchase to where you just pay and go and it is not registered under your customer number. we then looked around the store and other items and Deklan when above and beyond to locate us in the store to let us know that found the receipt in the computer and make sure we were taken care of properly, and he also offered to hold our item and that we needed to stop by to take care of the return. After we finished looking around the store, we approached him and he told us that it was all credited back to our card and wish us a wonderful day and that he was happy to help. Feeling some type of way not having the proper paperwork and someone going to the extreme to make sure that they done everything in their power to help. He definitely made our day. Thank you so much. Deklan thanks so much for going the extra mile we wish more folks were like you.

Phuong Nguyen did a fantastic job showing us options for buying a couch set in Marana, AZ today! We were very impressed with the quality of the furniture and the ease in which she made everything happen for us. Phuong is very professional and pleasant and we enjoyed our experience there today!
