American Furniture WarehouseReviews of afw.com

I don’t understand all the negative reviews. We have had great service from AFW. We moved from UK to US so made serval trips to AFW in Katy Texas to purchase various items such as soda, beds and mattresses and dining table. On the sales floor we dealt was a gentleman named Tony who was very helpful and very knowledgable. Delivering of most items was within a day or two. We had some dining chairs that were coming from another warehouse but they kept us up to date with the progress. One of the dining chairs had an issue and needed to be replaced but again this was all done very promptly. Delivery people arrived when they said they would, left everything very clean and tidy and removed all packaging. Overall very pleased and would use again.

One thing i really liked is that the salespeople left me alone to look at the item I was going to buy. I hate in when salespeople follow you around, but not here they are very professional and give you your space. But the main reason for this post is to give Emilio Azzam, the recognition that he deserves. He was very professional, had great personality and he really knew is stuff. Thank you for making my first furniture purchase a great experience. I will tell everyone that goes shopping at your store to make sure they ask for you. Thank you, Have a good day.

My wife and I went in to the American fine Furniture store there in Stockton, Ca. just to see what they had to offer. After looking around for a few minutes we sure were liking what we were seeing. Then we met the owner, Johnny, and what a great person he really is, personally and professionally. We really weren't looking to buy anything at that time but our experience there at American Fine Furniture and with Johnny, was so great that we bought our mattress right then and there. When it came time for delivery, were we ever pleased. Johnny showed up with his wife for the delivery and everything came off absolutely great. We would definitely and highly recommend the Stockton American Fine Furniture store and to talk to Johnny, a no pressure, very personal and professional gentleman who really listens and gives all out effort. Thank you Johnny for such an excellent experience and all your professionalism. ps. we absolutely love our mattress and glad we bought it.

My experience was great !! Friendly staff and dock persons! Built both myself and I look forward to getting my books in them! First time here ~ my daughter directed me here and quite satisfied. Thank you again! Thank you!

The salesman and the company he represents were outstanding! The furniture is beautiful and the saleman(Morris) was so nice explained everything well and yes he well represented this company.

Largest selection of furniture I have ever seen. Prices are quite reasonable. We have already purchased from AFW 3 times this year. All great experiences. Sales people are all great. We wouldn't go anywhere else for furniture shopping.

I came in with family to buy a new loveseat and reclining two seater chair for our new house, and we found a great selection on the top floor suited for our needs, finding our ideal seats within the hour. Karen Walker helped us quickly and smoothly place our orders for the furniture, and even helped us save money by combining our orders to lower the shipping cost as well! Very affordable, great furniture with very kind and helpful workers to boot, will definitely come back here in the future!

I went to store in Aurora on Abilene. Very nice gentlemen sold me my furniture. Price was great, delivery was fast and efficient. The 2 guy was very nice and worked very fast. So far great experience. Dont go to Thornton store rude , uppity people. But Aurora no complaints... my furniture is beautiful and perfect. Good quality leather.. 😂
