This was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the inquiry, set up, voicemail approval process, to the final product - The After The Tone team was SO responsive and attentive at every step of the way. Our guests loved having the phone at our wedding and leaving voicemails, and having that final product to listen together as a married couple and hear how excited our family and friends are throughout the day is so special. The level of customer service is also unparalleled - we had a piece of voicemail that was initially not included in the final cut because the volume was too low (Our grandma was not able to physically be at our wedding, so our aunt called her and put her on speakerphone). The After The Tone team was able to retrieve and restore that piece of voicemail to be included in the final product, and this level of commitment to ensuring that we had the best experience was absolutely amazing. Well I found out about After The Tone like 2 weeks before my wedding. I emailed them to see if it could ship to me in time and they made it happen! The guests LOVED it and I will cherish these voicemails forever on this awesome vinyl!
