After the Tone was so great! Our first phone did not work but they were on it in a flash and sent us a replacement phone within 24 hours (on a Sunday). Second phone came and worked in perfect condition and was very easy for our guests to use and we loved it. If you are considering using After the Tone then do it as it is worth every penny.

This made an absolutely precious gift to listen to after or wedding. It captured everyone's voice perfectly. I now have my husband's voice, childrens voice, and families voice captured forever on the most magical day of my life! I will be using this for birthday's, graduations, etc! If your on the fence.. do it! 100% worth it.

We got the phone for our wedding reception and it was a HUGE hit! Listening back to everything as the night went on after the fact was a ton of fun! Definitely something we will listen back to way more than we would have ever looked at a guest book. Highly recommend for any celebration. My only regret was that I didn’t get to use it enough.

Seamless experience. Even though I was shipped a phone that did not have the voice prompt on it "Afterthetone" responded ASAP and shipped a replacement that arrived the next day. My guests loved this experience. And now that I have the final recordings I am so grateful. Just to listen... transports me back to my birthday celebration - absolutely fantastic!

The instructions were easy to follow, and returning the phone after the wedding was just as easy. One thing we did run into was that the battery didn’t last quite as long as we had expected. However, I don’t mention that as a complaint because what stood out to us was how incredible the customer service was afterward. When we reached out, the team was understanding, responsive, and immediately willing to help. They even expedited the processing of our recordings so we were able to listen to our voicemails the day after they received the phone back. That meant the world to us. We also shared a suggestion based on our experience. Even when the battery indicator changed from green to red, the phone continued recording messages. We recommended adding that information to the guest signage so couples know they can continue encouraging guests to leave messages throughout the evening instead of assuming the phone has stopped working. We really appreciated that the team listened to our feedback and was open to using it to improve the experience for future couples. That willingness to stand behind their product, provide exceptional customer service, and genuinely care about their customers says so much about the company.
