I paid $209 for a wig. The wig color was described as normal color, it was brown not 1B. The wig has an odor that didn't go away after washing. I haven't worn the wig and probably won't. I've lost atleast 25% of the hair thus far just from combining. After washing the hair I lost even more hair. Total waste of money

The hair is great for the first month but has a (very noticeable) smell you can't get out regardless of how many times you wash it. The hair sheds like crazy and tangles with every wash so you lose half the density after month 2 and the top starts getting bald patches. Honestly for the price it's not worth it at ALL

I purchased a wig on June 28th, July 31st I got the wig on August 12th and the wig has massive bald spots. The hair started shedding in clumps. The wig I bought in June 28th also had the same issues. They refused to do anything about it. After I proved that I had only worn both wigs for 3 days before I noticed bald spots. $500 wasted. If you purchase through this company purchase as your own risk. I would post pictures for proof of purchase and proof of only 1 wear out of both wigs.

I received my wig from Idefine wigs a week ago. First the smell was so bad when I opened the box I closed it immediately. When I finally did look at the human hair wig short bob it wasn't the wig in the picture that I paid $129.99 for. After I washed the wig there was no curls in this unit. I will not be ordering from them again. Order placed on March 2nd (93L10284LU9352702). Since I wrote this review Idefine Wigs have contacted me regarding my review. They are working with me to resolve my issue with my recent purchase. I Will keep you updated! To make a lon story short Idefine Wigs have done nothing but ask me to purchase another wig and they will give me a discount, so therefore I would still be paying $100 more for a wig. I'm done if I could I would give them 0 stars. Nice pictures of cute wigs until you receive your package and it doesn't match the picture. Beware of Idefine Wigs!

This wig smells so bad that I put the box and wig in my garage. I reached out to Afsisterwig.com and asked how best to shampoo the wig because of the foul odor. Afsisterwig advised me to look on YouTube for a tutorial on wig care. I asked for information on returning the wig and was told there would be a 28% restocking fee. The stench coming from this wig makes me wonder if the donor was dead!🤬

1st Email: My wig is horrible.. I was soooo looking forward to the installation and giving a lovely review.. The wig is poorly constructed it has light colored thread that clearly doesn't match with the wig hair.. and it's shedding it looks nothing like the wig I purchased my cap is med I asked for a small.. I ordered it in time for my best friends wedding.. How can I fix this now I'm extremely upset!! my order #42936 I spent over 300 dollars on this wig.. The wig I received is not worth that..... 2nd Email: Did you really say 20 dollars when I paid 300.. you KNOW it’s not a 300 dollar wig. all these stray uneven hairs and poorly constructed wig with a cap that was too big ma'ma.. (I'll be reporting your site and email to the BBB so that no one else gets duped like I clearly did!!) I will upload my video on YouTube also with your site tagged.. All I wanted was a refund for a purchase I made!! But that's cool karma and all these reviews my friends and I will be leaving ANY AND EVERYWHERE we CAN.. will ultimately cost YOU way more than me!!! You have an awesome day 3rd Email : Again the wig has all types of lengths extremely short hairs and fly aways through out the wig and very thin on the ends.. even at the top of the wig on the lace it's very thin.. I don't know if you actually see your product BEFORE it's shipped out but I clearly didn’t get one the good wigs.. I guess you only send THOSE good ones out only for youtube reviews 4th Email: DON'T email me again!! Because WE cannot resolve this issue I will do everything I said I would!!.. enjoy your day

They sent me the wrong color wig. Instead of ginger it was an ugly bright red. I wanted to bleach it to ginger but the wig must not be 100% human hair bc the hair did not bleach at all and it just ruined. Waste of money. Bought after seeing an influencer from TikTok but they don’t send the same wigs as they get. Please don’t buy from here. I wish I read these reviews before purchasing.
