So I used this company to send items of over 500kg to my customer in Atlanta USA, though there was a delay of 2 days but I loved the fact that I didn’t have to call them first. Their support team called inform me of the delay, what caused it and even gave a timeline of when it will be sorted. As promised it was delivered within 14 business days. A big kudos to their support and i am going to try out their service one more time.
