Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately what you are stating is not true. First time orders have to be shipped to the billing address, which is stated online during checkout, which is not how you set up your order. We reached out to inform you of this and after a week of not hearing back, we canceled your order and refunded your payment. We have sent multiple emails showing the proof of your refund including the date and amount. We have informed you to contact your card company for details on the refund if you had any questions. Africa Imports follows protocol for each and every order. Again, please feel free to reach out to your card company for details on your refund. We also see you edited your review to state your address matched but unfortunately what you entered in did not match what your card company had. That is the whole reason we reached out. Our system can detect if you did not enter in the address associated with the card you are using. Thank you,
Ray C.
I’ve been a very loyal customer who truly enjoyed your products. I’ve made a mistake before on my order and Africa Imports took care of it with quick and equally as loyal response. It was very much appreciated and what takes me back to Africa Imports. With my recent error in my order I noticed immediately after looking at my receipt. I asked for the change immediately within minutes of my order. For the response I received that it was too late had me disappointed with Africa Imports. I didn’t ask for a refund, I didn’t cancel my order. I only asked for an exchange. I know I’m not one of your BIG customers although I was a very loyal customer who enjoyed and appreciated Africa Imports products and your usual customer service.

I’m shopped on their website at least 3-4 times, I take my time to add much scents to my cart, I’m starting my own fragrance body cream business and shopping for fragrances other than designer type scents. The best with a very large selection of oils which is awesome. First time it happened I thought it was an error, second time I was like wth, decided to add much in my cart, let me remind you each time I’m starting all over from scratch, when I log out all disappears and that’s what happens each time. I don’t process the order because I liked to go back in to finalize my items just for them to be all gone from my cart, just empty a waste of my time. Then I read their reviews here on Trustpilot and I’m glad I took the time to assure I was ordering from a legit and good supplier. Boi was I wrong, now I’m gonna need to locate a better supplier which is had for my expectations, I’m into strong long lasting scents men & women scents…pray they improve in the future
