We appreciate your review and your business! It looks like you selected USPS Ground Advantage during checkout, which is noted as having delays on our site. In the future for faster service, you can try UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Thank you!

Ordering online was easy. The product also areive quickly. However, she Shea butter I received has a strong oil scent that ruined my final product. I plan to return the remaining product.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear there was an issue with one of your products. We can process a store credit, refund or replacement upon receiving your return. Our returns department will reach out once received. Thank you,
Glenn B.
The oils use to be a little thicker. And they would last longer all day to be exact, when they came thicker

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you are not happy with the oils. We currently carry oils from two different suppliers. The "Old Edition" scents are more popular with our customers for strength and scent. Please note that not all fragrance oils are meant to be as thick as others. We also offer a 30 day return policy for any unused items. Please contact us if you'd like to make a return at 201-457-1995. Thank you,
DIGW C.
I bought 7 different oil scents and am sending 3 of the 7 back. The scents were weak and 1 didn’t smell anything like the original. I am a business owner and need consistency. They advertise free shipping on returns but I paid $13 to return the items because no return labels were provided

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you were not happy with the scents. While it's unfortunate, we do accept returns within 30 days of products that were not used. We do offer refunds, store credits or replacement of other items with free shipping. The free shipping is not to return the items, it is for any replacement items you might like to have sent back out. We do not cover return shipping as per our return policy. Our returns department will reach out once we have processed your return. Thank you again,
Sabrina A.
I have ordered the gallon of cocoa butter in the past. My most recent order did not seem like the same product from the past. The new butter seems more like just Shea butter. The texture, color, or smell is not the same. I compared them and they are not the same product. I'm not sure what happened but I've ordered many different products from the website and this is the first time I was disappointed.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you are unhappy with one of the items you purchased. We looked at what was on your order and it shows you ordered the gallon of Raw Coconut-Shea Butter which shows online to be made up of Shea Butter, Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, and Fragrance. This butter is very different from the Cocoa Butter, which shows to only be made one thing, Theobroma cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter. We offer a 30 day return policy if the butter has not been used. Thank you,
Jacobie
Products came in a timely manner, and all were great...however I did have one product that Ingredients read differently online and once I received it, it didn't have the same Ingredients, it had added Ingredients that don't even belong in the product... good service, though this is the first time I had a mishap...
