My scented shea butter and incense ( Creed Aventus scent) had no smell. The shea butter just smelled like plain shea butter and the incense smelled like burnt wood

I need to return these 1 lb fragrances of body oils because these fragrances are to light and I can't smell them. The original cologne is much stronger in scents. These oils have been deluted down to much that you can't smell the fragrance. I am dissatisfied with my purchases. I need a return on all of the 1 lb body oils. I'm sending them back to your business ASAP. French Defense by Mind Games (2 lbs) Queening by Mind Games (1 lb) J'adoube by Mind Games (1 lb) Lionora by Mind Games (1 lb)

This fragrance does not smell like Baciami. It smells citrus. No vanilla or gardenia. What a waste of money

I have ordered before with great experience. This time the items came quickly but the product itself doesn't smell like anything. Very disappointing on how much the product costs.

Usually have great experience. Purchased a sample pack months back. Loved one type of oil. So I bought a pound of it. It showed up and it was opposite of the sample not even close in smell . Emailed customer ,no response , called customer service. No ability to help me solve my problem. I Google the smell profile of the scent. And have some possible matches so I'm gonna just buy some smaller bottles and see if I can narrow it down to what's what.

I ordered fragrance oils from this company, but unfortunately the quality was very disappointing. The oils had extremely poor performance lasting less than 30 minutes. As someone experienced in working with fragrances, this is far below acceptable standards. Additionally, the return process is not customer friendly, as you are required to pay for both shipping directions, making it inconvenient and costly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company
