Great Screens. Communication could be improved.
I ordered three screens, and paid $80 for shipping. I appreciate the products: very high quality and perfect fit! One screen was bent in shipping. I immediately wrote back to Shipping to let Affordable Screen know, and that I was keeping your nice screens, but disappointed that one was bent— no fault to your company. I offered to consider ordering more for the rest of the house, and asked if a reduced shipping charge would be considered since the first shipping bent one, ($80 is pretty high). But until this survey, I never heard back. Anyway, great product, but not very responsive to my concerns.I figured you didn’t need out-of-state business. I still have photos of the dents if you’d like! George Gunn

George thanks for the feedback. We reviewed your order and it looks like we replied to your email on 6/16 and offered to get the damaged screen remade for you but never heard anything back. The offer still stands to get the damaged screen remade for you if you like.
