The rubber seal is not flexible like other Patio screen doors I have had in past... way too stiff and it was 65+ degrees outside ...even trimmed bottom and top for clearance .....also fit and finish of door as well as screen install (screen material saggy) was sloppy....excess screen material not trimmed and aluminum does not fit together very well for the amount of money I paid ....do like the stainless steel wheels and slides easy enough if not for very, very, stiff rubber seal. Disappointed in my full solar screen. Samples provided were unmarked so I had to guess which was which. I was told via email that the screen samples are hard to label. (What?) Followed measuring guidelines. Carefully measured several different times as I was ordering full screen where I previously had half screen. Screen did not fit because measurements did not take into account an inner protrusion that screen would not fit past. Screen arrived misshapen/ twisted when removed from carton. The center cross bar was bowed out from the screen. On the positive side, screen arrived within timeframe indicated, was well packaged and the solar screen material itself blocked the sun nicely when I propped it against the window. My custom screen based on their suggested window measurements is unusable and a colossal waste of money. *Idea I should have thought of earlier...make a cardboard template of screen you need, consider tension springs and fit into place. Make adjustments to cardboard and measure. Probably will work better than measurement plan they provide.

The pins were supposed to be 6 inch from the top and bottom and instead they were 6 inches from the bottom on opposite sides. I know my directions could have been interpreted this way, but come on - really.

I’m not usually a whiner, but I’m frankly disappointed. Fit was good, so no issue there. The appearance of the screen material is not good though (vertical lines visible from inside and out) - and I wouldn’t ever use that pet resistant gray screen again anyway. But then the screens were shipped without the ordered crossbars, so they’re floppy and one already blew out in a storm. When I contacted Customer Service, I was sent a copy of the manufacturer warranty for the screen material, and a box of cross-members and a spline tool, so I could disassemble and (likely unsuccessfully) rebuild them myself. All in all, not the experience or result I was looking for in purchasing custom screens.

Was disappointed in how long it took to receive my screens even after I called an was told a date they would be shipped received them two weeks after the date I was told. I also had the center bars installed an they are a joke we have ten screens across the front of our home an the center bars don’t come close to lining up looks terrible very disappointed for all the money spent on them.

I was disappointed with the screen door kit I got. It did not come with very good directions and the metal frame was not pre-drilled for the handle which made it impossible to attach handle if you don't own a drill. Also the weather strip came with no directions on how to attach and I still haven't figured out how to put it on after watching other companies videos on you tube. Maybe they forgot to include some parts? I tried using the site's videos, but they had no info for screen door kits. I installed the door, but due to lack of directions and poor pre-assembly it has no handle, lock, or weather strip. I wish my door was a standard size so I could have just gone to Home Depot or Lowes and got a screen for the fraction of the $120 I paid for this one. :(
