We love our screens perfect fit and came out beautiful

Window screens were exactly as ordered, delivered in a short amount of time and in excellent protective packaging. Thanks for the good work!

The screen is the size I ordered and it is very high-quality. It fits and looks great.

Easy ordering, fast delivery, screens look great and are perfect fit.

We purchased two Custom Screen Door DIY Kits (Royal Sliding Screen Door Kit + Stainless Steel 1" roller upgrade). Overall, these kits were very high quality for 47" x 93-3/4" custom screen doors for the price ($143.95 per kit). Customer service was always prompt, courteous and helpful. Production took a little over 2 weeks. Shipment arrived on time. There were two minor dents (one at a bottom corner of the frame and one near where the handle was installed). The bent corner was easily fixed with pliers. The dent near the handle is very small and only noticeable when your face is down close to the handle. My kits did not come with any installation instructions. The only included documentation was a marked up page that looked like an internal work-order printout. One side of the handle was installed and screwed into the frame. The other side of the handle needed to be installed, but the frames did not have any holes pre-drilled for the screws. Additionally, one handle screw was missing. The screen door kits came with a plastic screen installation tool which takes more time to use than the metal tools. Metal screening tools can be purchased separately on their website, but it would have been nice to have an option to "upgrade" the included plastic tool to a metal one as part of the kit. However, all these are minor nitpicks and did not prevent us from easily assembling the screen door frames, drilling the necessary holes for the handles and installing the doors. Customer service is sending us another screw and told us that instructions usually come with the kits. In the end, we are very satisfied with these DIY kits given the price; especially compared to the price we would have paid to get custom screen doors installed locally!

I was initially sent an incorrect version of the screen (hardware tabs on the opposite sides), but was able to get this issue resolved. The correct version of the screen did arrived promptly and fit like a glove!

Very happy, perfect fit and quality.

Good directions were provided, which made the frame cutting and assembly easy. Also, thanks to the directions, the easiest part, installing the screen into the frame went smoothly.
