The rubber seal is not flexible like other Patio screen doors I have had in past... way too stiff and it was 65+ degrees outside ...even trimmed bottom and top for clearance .....also fit and finish of door as well as screen install (screen material saggy) was sloppy....excess screen material not trimmed and aluminum does not fit together very well for the amount of money I paid ....do like the stainless steel wheels and slides easy enough if not for very, very, stiff rubber seal.
