I Ordered a 6' x10' and got the confirmation email then immediately canceled that order and got the cancellation email for the 6' x 10. Then i immediately ordered a 4' x 10 and got the confirmation email and waited. A week went bye, two weeks went bye, three weeks went bye so I called for status update. They stated they got my cancellation for the first border but, didn't know about the new order so, i gave them the order number and they found the order and said they missed it and would send out asap. I did get my order for the 4' x10' a week later! I would buy from them again realizing they are a very small business prone to make mistakes. BYE AMERICAN!

I ordered a screen supplying only the dimensions. I must say I was a bit skeptical that it would turn out correctly and fit my window. When my screen came, I immediately tried it on my window. WOW, WOW...the screen fit perfectly and I am very pleased with the outcome. I rate these guys #1. They deliver what the advertise. GREAT JOB!
