I ordered some large custom screens for a gazebo. The first order arrived damaged during shipping. One email to the company and they quickly started a replacement order. The second order arrived undamaged and they worked and looked perfect. This is now my new company for all my screen needs.

Screen is great, but it is an 1/8" too large. I follow the instructions from your website measure right, center, and left and from the shortest measurement subtract 1/8" to 1/2". So I split the difference and subtracted a 1/4" 84' 1/4" to make sure it would not be to short on the larger side. I got 84' 3/8". It hard to slide it on the shortest side which is the opening side. I can force it in but not sure how long it will last. The screen it great but I wish I would have subtracted a 1/2" instead of splitting the difference.

Thanks for the feedback. We do our best to make to the exact measurements on the order but they are made by hand and there could be variance of +/- 1/16"-1/8". Have you tried to adjust the wheels with the screws on the sides of the door frame to help it run smoother? All 4 wheels are adjustable.

To whom it may concern (Sir/Ma’am): Thank you for such a quality sliding screen door. The door arrived in perfect condition and installation was a snap (very easy)! Great job on fabricating the door to the perfect specifications—just perfect. You have a customer for life and I will never go to a Home Store to purchase on of those cheap one size fits all screen doors. Heck, you probably saved my marriage! Thank you again for such a quality door! L P Gerencser Colonel USMC (Ret)
