Recently purchase a scale. The price was the best on the internet. Called customer service regarding a question and got the info I needed. Overall, very positive. The only con was the website needs updating. Not enough product info.

This is an excellent scale for small retailers. My company roasts and sells artisan coffees and needed a NTEP scale for DPH compliance. It was perfectly calibrated out of the box, and the DPH rep could not have been more pleased. We're looking forward to many years of excellent service.

Absolutely amazing scale for my price, accuracy, and repeat-ability needs. The ability to get constant 0.01 grain accuracy is great for loading high precision rounds for long range competition shooting.

I mix my dyes using 0.1grams. I need precision amounts.
