Hello, The customer ordered on Friday, the item was shipped on Monday (the next business day) and delivered on Tuesday. Also, we have no record of the customer calling us. Not really sure why this is a one star review.

Ordered 2 scales had some reservations because they are significantly lower in cost but after 1 week use I can say the floor is happy with the quality and functionality of them and we will be ordering more.

I called to check the lead time, I was told it would ship in three days. After placing the order the product shipped the next day. In the end my customer was happy because he received the product earlier than expected. Overall we are very pleased!!
