The scale arrived early and un-damaged. Assembly was a snap. After simple calibration, the scale performed flawlessly. Great product!

I wanted an accurate scale to see my exact weight is at certain times of the day.in this way I could see what foods increase my weight gain and what foods are less likely to do so. so far its working as expected.sincerely George s. knorovsky

Nancy spent more agonizing moments tracking my package than UPS. Provided sound consoling and more than satisfied expectations. Nancy I think is a very valuable employee, everyone should know this. So if you need real customer service, call. Everyone at the company I spoke with was courteous, savy, and had the goal of providing exceptional customer care.
