I was beyond concerned purchasing a scale online. I'd heard the horror stories from those who had and their scales didn't pass state inspection. In those cases, they were left with a very expensive brick. Terrible! I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from H&C Weighing Systems again. They shipped quickly, the price was the lowest for the scale I purchased, and the bottom line---it passed with flying colors

Scales were shipped and received within days of ordering. Easy to order, product is easy to use. We ordered the scale that weighs up to 1000 pounds and it's still a thin enough scale it isn't too cumbersome for our office.

I purchased the weighing scale for checking the weight of my baby - with free shipping, it was delivered on the second day! Light weight, and easy to handle - and gives the reading in a couple of seconds. We are yet to compare the reading with the paediatrician's reading to check the accuracy. We have not got the temperature correct yet - because the baby was always covered.in cloth.

I had a precision problem because by my own mistake did not remove a piece of paper inside the bottom of the scale . After I fixed it , the scale is perfect giving accurate measurements.

I asked for a NTEP cert and I got a link to go find it myself on some website that didn't have the model I had. I had to contact manufacture to get it
Response from H&C Weighing SystemsJun 14, 2016
NTEP certs are not required by the local inspectors since the NTEP certificate of Conformance number is on the name plate of the scale. We contacted the customer and he confirmed that his inspector did not need the actual certificate. Unfortunately, we do not always have the C of C number for each model on hand since it is not normally required. Customer service forwarded the website to lookup the cert since the customer could easily look up the C of C by looking at the number on the scale rather than having us email to him.
