shipping has improved some

Very good service.

Excellent customer service.

Shipping is slow. Credit card is billed immediately, not when items are shipped.

Excellent handling of orders by the woman attending to that portion of your Miami corporate organization. She is the first point of contact, and thus the first one to make an impression upon callers to your Miami hub, and I am impressed! Give the person a raise!!!

Easy ordering. Prices for 3 months of my RX are a fraction of the ridiculous prices I'd have to pay at a US pharmacy.

Very professional.

Clearly, price is a major component in my 5-star rating, but they have also been consistent in delivering the medicines and in warning about long lead times.
