I was looking for a cheaper and more affordable price for my medicine and found in this pharmacy. When I placed an order, I decided to ask about the delivery time and the support informed me that delivery to the US will take about 40 days. It is incredibly long, I needed the medicine in 1-2 weeks and I could not wait that long. It's strange what your pharmacy calls the reason for such a long delivery that's COVID-19, because other US pharmacies deliver the medicine in 2-3 days and Canadian ones in 1-2 weeks. I had to buy more expensive medicine at a Canadian pharmacy.(

So far so good. The order process was painless. But since I have not received the RX yet I can't really give an honest review. Therefore a 3 star it is.

Paying you is not made simple, either by check or credit card. Why not utilize PayPal, which costs the same as credit card servicing, is simpler for both the customer and your staff.

prices good, everything great, but i went somewhere else for a refill because i do not like having to call each time to give a credit card number.

You did not notify that you were holding the order because I needed a new Rx for my meds. We lost a week before I called you for order status. I will now probably run out of my meds before receiving my order. Other than this and 1 4 week holdup in Germany on a previous order, I have been very pleased with your service.

I was happy to get my Eliquis from your company because of the price point and the recommendation from my cardiologist. But what I find stressful is not knowing when I’m getting my Rx. You have my payment information but I still don’t have my Eliquis. Please advise. Thank you, Dennis Parks
