The only issue I have is the slow delivery. I know this can't be helped. I would be willing to pay more to speed up the shipping (??). Customer service is very good.

When attempting to make payments, the website doesn't indicate if your payment is actually applied, it just says payment successful and is being processed once all check info is entered. After checking website for several days it says same thing. Because of the notice that shipments take longer because of Covid, I assumed all was well and didn't look for shipment tracking until over 4 weeks passed. Saw same message but no tracking info and finally got a human after several days of calling, only to find out my check wasn't accepted for some unknown reason and they needed my payment from a credit card. This delayed my medication for an additional 6-8 weeks! It would have been nice if some type of message was put on my transaction on the website at the very least.

Your people are difficult to work with.
