Worst laundry experience EVER
Worst laundry experience EVER! So, I was losing a machine that holds up to 80 lbs.. All that is going in there is sheets for $11.25... Its barely half full and one of the workers came and said if u over stuff that it wont spin right. I wish I knew exactly how many sheets it would take to make 80 lb but that's irrelevant right now. I told her I'm very aware of that I know what I'm doing and I keep on putting sheets in there. So she proceeds to keep sweeping by me behind me watching every move I make then I had two more washers that were 8.25 a piece. God forbid I put an extra shirt in there did she thinks it's too much. Well lo and behold the washer for 8:25 that isn't even halfway full doesn't even wash my clothes half of them still came out with dry spots on them where they didn't get all the way wet which means they didn't wash. So, when my laundry was done what parts of it got actually washed, I handed my laundry card to the lady that was concerned about me over filling the washer and told her to give it to somebody that could use it or she could have it because I will never spend another dime in this laundromat again. I don't need somebody to tell me how to do my laundry!! I said while you're worried about me over fillin the washer, you need to worry about the one that wasn't even half full that didn't even wet all my clothes. Its hard to wash clothes when they still come out half dry. I guess thats what I get for going out of my way to try what looked like a really nice laundromat considering I send our guests here when they ask about a laundromat. I bet I wont do that again. Ill send someone down to the hood to do laundry before I EVER suggest them to waste their money here. With washers that barely work and POOR customer service, its a wonder they have any repeat customers.
