2 stars only because the MA and Doctor was thorough. Front office assistant very rude. She was mouthy and disrespectful when I explained my insurance and she insisted on that I was incorrect by printing off my insurance information. She still was incorrect. They WILL NOT SEE YOU unless you put another payment on file. This does not give them your permission to charge your OTHER PAYMENT, You have to allow them by giving your permission. They will find away to charge your card within TWO DAYS of your notice. I called my insurance and they contacted AFC and said yes my insurance's, both insurance are INDEED ON MY INSURANCE CARD. The front desk was avoiding the fact I have two insurances. They WILL turn you over to COLLECTIONS OUTSIDE OF THEIR COMPANY within ONE WEEK AFTER NOTICE.. AFC WILL SEND YOU NOTICE YOU OWE THEM 1 WEEK AFTER BEING SEEN. THEN YOU HAVE TWO DAYS TO PAY.. or your card will be charged. Notice to your email, home address, and text. Any form of contact information you give. You cannot avoid these people. They will make your live miserable, even if you gave them your correct information. Then you will be harassed and be on your credit. Paid the $20.00.. "done." Later to find out I did not owe that. Went back for care and they are doing it all over again. My insurance called them and AFC, said again only I had ONE of my insurance, both are on my card with insurance numbers for each of the coverages. My review, based on my experiences.
