Went to their Danbury CT clinic after being triaged by a nurse for my regular internist. Have had ear pain, dizziness, congestion and diarrhea for over a week and the nurse said I should go to an er or urgicare. Nurse at AFC said my blood pressure was dangerously high and their doctor would see me. He came into the room (which needed cleaning....dust and trash on floor.) He looked in my ears and said, "Perfect." No tests for a virus. No physical examination.

I was told it'll take about a week to find out if my finger is broken, I received a response on google review to call them back to resolve the issue as I still have yet to receive my results from them. I did call back today and got confirmation from the staff that it takes a week to get results back, so there is no resolution it appears. Funny enough, I actually got notification on my end from Modesto Radiology that results were available, but when I relayed this information I was told oh maybe they don't have our fax number and we didn't get it. I had to ask several times to get someone to offer to even try checking with Modesto Radiology about this. To further elaborate the point when I went into Modesto Radiology, the paperwork was not filled out correctly at the time (7/28, Tuesday morning) and I had to call your office to have them talk to the receptionist at Modesto Radiology to correct the information. When I took the xrays the radiologist was also concerned that my hand was already in a soft cast before xrays were taken and said results might be hard to decipher. I went to a different urgent care this morning (7/31) and got results the same day which confirmed my finger is in fact broken, which doesn't appear to be the determination from the xrays taken on Tuesday morning, likely due to the concerns of the radiologist. Staff continued to gas light me about the situation and offered no apology. This series of events with a more serious ailment would likely constitute medical malpractice. If I didn't follow my own intuitions and seek an alternative urgent care solution I would have opened myself up to serious permanent damage on my fractured finger. Avoid this urgent care.

Extremely upset! I set an appointment with them online drove all the way over here, then some extremely RUDE woman told me they would not see me, and to go to ER! Why do they bother having online appointments available if they do not honor them?! Do yourself a favor...go anywhere BUT here!

Their website, along with posters posted inside of office in Dunn advertise on-site lab testing, blood work, etc. I made an appointment, told why I was there to receptionist. I also told assistant who got my history why I was there. After waiting a significant time, a very rude provider came in and told me this office does not do blood work. I informed him I had made the appointment based on website which indicated it offered lab services on site, no wait. This was after an hour and a half wait that I was told this. Do not advertise false information. This is just wrong. I went there depending that I could get what I went for and not only did I not get that service, but was rudely dealt with about it, asking me why I didn't go to my primary care doctor (it was closed that day) and my primary care doctor is also an urgent care. I would not recommended this facility to anyone at all because they base their services on lies on their website. Take it down if not offered and stop deceiving patients.

Avoid this Urgent care. They can't get their act together. Went for a workers comp case and one page of notes said one restriction and then the next page said the opposite. Also went for my DOT physical over a month ago and state still hasn't received it. Called them 3 times and went in person 2 times since exam went and I get the same answer. The person who handles this is not there. They don't know what they are doing. Gave them 1 star cause that is the lowest. By the way this was the Severville office.

Avoid. Apparently they have a card on file policy now that will automatically charge your card money owed. Is that a problem overall? No, however they only give a two day notice via email before hitting your debit card. A doctor visit bill for August 09 was emailed December 23rd with the amounted owed and then charged two days later on Christmas. While I see the logic of implementing a policy like this, 2 day notice of an unknown amount being charged from a visit over 4 months ago is absolutely disgusting especially when these bills can be several hundred depending on the health plan.

I agree with many of the reviews here. This place is a SCAM. Stay away. They did nothing other than verify no infection present in a small puncture wound on index finger - we paid the $60 insurance copay then were billed for $502! The website clearly states $150 per visit. Again this place is a price gouging scam.

This place on gun barrel rd in Chattanooga should not even be open, The NP on duty refused to check my special needs grandson because he was more concerned about his nurses feeling unsafe than the health of a non verbal young man, he is in no way violent, The show of heartless and uncaring from this NP was disgraceful, his name is Walter McClain, do not go here unless you want to be judged by whether the staff is going to feel unsafe verses the care you may need, Mr McClain should get out of the medical field and find something he feels safe doing, this place is disgustingly bias when it comes to some patients.
