They claim to have their techs schedule a convenient time to visit your residence, but this is a total opposite. They will schedule you a visit on THEIR convenient time, based on availability of their techs. Save some frustrations and do not consult or have your tests with them.

We needed their services urgently for my mother and contacted them. There was a delay in the arrival of their personnel which I found to be a bit unprofessional especially when they began making all sort of excuses. I would not recommend them.
