If this had been checked before purchase or confirmed with us in advance, this situation could likely have been avoided. The foldable shipping weight of the product (without the battery) is approximately 35 kg, which is considered a heavy-duty design for stability and durability on the golf course. We understand this may not be suitable for everyone, especially depending on lifting capability and vehicle size. Regarding the delivery delay and model version, we understand your concern. At the time your order was placed, it was for the Go2 version rather than the Go2 Pro. Although we did request the warehouse to prioritize the latest version where possible, the Pro model has been experiencing significantly higher demand, which sometimes results in slower fulfillment. For this reason, your order was fulfilled with the original version from the available stock at that time. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or expectation difference caused by this. We’re happy to hear that you’ve found a practical solution for the battery placement — that definitely helps improve usability in a similar way to the Pro setup.
