Delivery service. I purchased my GoPro2 in JULY and it still has yet to ship! Sitting at dock for over 50 days. No proactive outreach from customer service and delayed response when reactive. Disappointing is a gross understatement.

I order a cart from them paid and got shipping information from fedex. On the day I was to receive the cart I got an email from fedex asking for the package to be returned to them. I have tried calling, email and direct messaging AESWGOF for a week now and have gotten no response. The stole $2000 from me.

Hi Pellegrino, We're truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this experience has caused you. We completely understand your concerns, especially after receiving tracking information and then seeing your shipment returned. First, we'd like to reassure you that your payment has been refunded. To explain what happened, during a final review of this batch of G1 golf carts, our team identified some details that needed further attention before delivery. As a precaution, we arranged for the affected shipments, including yours, to be returned rather than sending out products that hadn't fully met our expectations. Unfortunately, this happened during our holiday closure, which delayed both our response and the refund process. We sincerely apologize for not communicating with you promptly. Once our team returned to work, we processed your refund. The good news is that a new batch of G1 golf carts arrived at our US warehouse on October 10. If you're still interested in the G1, we'd be happy to assist you with a new order. We understand that this experience has affected your trust in us, and we sincerely apologize again. We appreciate your feedback and will continue improving our communication and customer service. Best regards, Yan AESWGOF Customer Support

Assembled the scooter and took it for a ride. Hit a small bump and it lost all power. A wiring harness is supposed to be shipped to me but as of this time it has not. 10/13/26 Wiring harness received and installed. After installation power came on briefly with trouble code and beeping. After cycling power, no power once again.

Hi Rick, We're truly sorry for the unpleasant experience you've had with your scooter. We completely understand your frustration, especially when you were looking forward to enjoying your new scooter. Please know that we've been actively working with you to resolve this issue from the beginning. As soon as you reported the problem, we provided a troubleshooting video to help identify the cause and promptly arranged to send you a complete set of replacement components that could potentially be responsible for the power failure. According to the tracking information, these parts were delivered to your designated address on October 6. We understand that the issue has caused you considerable inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize. Our team takes your concerns seriously, and we remain committed to helping you get your scooter working properly. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Best regards, Yan AESWGOF Customer Support

This rating is for the purchase process. So far it has been fine. I would like more transparency on the shipping time line.

I believe this is a very good product don’t get me wrong. I’ve ordered my buggy and everything seemed to be going along ok until my delivery was well overdue . The tracking system along with the follow up emails chasing up my order has been horrendous. I’ve messaged them on their WhatsApp and also rang . No answer or reply . All you get back via email is we are very sorry for the delay . I was told the delay was because of Australian customs now I find out it’s not even in Australia. So as you can imagine I’m very worried and not sure what to do next .

The front wheel broke with the first use and the follow function was terrible and it almost ran me over several times. Customer service and support was terrible and would not admit the unit was defective. Stay away from this company and product. The follow function is completely useless and doesn’t track in a straight line. I provided video of the cart not following properly. It was constantly swerving right to left randomly and would not stop when i stopped and basically ran me over. This product os not safe and built poorly.

Hello, We're sorry to hear about your experience with the T3 and understand your disappointment. Every AESWGOF unit undergoes testing and inspection before leaving our factory to ensure it meets our quality standards. Based on the information provided, the front wheel damage appears to have occurred following a collision during your initial use of the T3. We understand that getting familiar with the follow function can take some time, and we're sorry this experience did not meet your expectations. While we're unable to approve your refund request under these circumstances, we're more than willing to provide after-sales support, including replacement parts for the damaged front wheel and guidance on using the follow function. We take your feedback seriously and remain committed to helping you resolve the issue. Thank you for your understanding.

I ordered my golf cart several weeks ago expecting delivery within the advertised time frame and as yet my purchase has not been delivered!

Thank you for sharing your experience, and I completely understand how frustrating and concerning this wait must be, especially when you’ve been looking forward to receiving a high-value product like the Go2 Pro. First of all, I’m truly sorry that your order has taken longer than the originally advertised timeframe. We understand that a long wait without receiving your order can be stressful, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Due to the high volume of Go2 Pro orders, we have been shipping orders in the order they were placed. Your order was handed over to the carrier in mid-August and was then transported to the China-Hong Kong port. Unfortunately, the shipment was selected for inspection twice, which caused an unexpected delay. The good news is that, after our continued efforts to follow up with the carrier, your shipment is currently expected to depart around September 26, with an estimated arrival at the Port of Rotterdam in mid-October. I completely understand your feelings about the delay, and I’ll continue to closely monitor the shipment and keep an eye on any updates regarding your order. Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have any questions in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to contact us — we’re always happy to help.
