My motorized cart suffered a break of a main member of the cart. AESWGOF worked w me to fix the dissaster by shipping me the replacement parts along with a detailed video of the repair process. They responded to my needs in a timely fashion and were available for help along the way.

The ordering process was easy, it did take some time to get my order, but it is a new model and wasn't built until late March. Very pleased with the whole experience. The cart was easy to assemble, even though the book didn't cover the new updated battery. I will be using the cart on the course for the first time today.

The communication was very timely and friendly. The product design is also excellent. I received it last Friday. On Saturday, I tried it out while playing with my friends. They were all very curious and interested in the product. It’s really a great design. My friends also said they wanted to buy it. I’ve seen before where the battery was stored inside the ball bag. But in this model, the battery is located at the back of the product. That’s really convenient. Thank you so much.
