Old dated designs and bad service
Decades old designs, and then when you tell them their package arrived without a receipt in it, they argue with you that it did. Real smart customer service... And I'm sitting here with a just opened package with my wife. Please go anywhere else, not this company. A good thing would be, go to Amazon with all the cycling equipment that's on there now, and if you belong to Amazon, it's free returns, and you don't have to put up with a bunch of BS like you do with these guys.

Hello. We are sorry that you no longer have the return form that was included with your order. We are not able to ship orders without the return form/packing slip inside since that is what we use to match up your order with the correct postage label. We did send you a link to the return form through email after you requested it so you should be all set. I'm sorry if this impacted your day, but please let us know if you have any questions at all. We're always happy to help. Amazon has a lot of options, but, as I'm sure you know, those come at a cost (quality, reliance on sweatshop manufacturing, reducing customers to nothing more than data to be exploited, causing harm to the communities they operate in, not valuing workers as human beings, etc.). Plus anyone that offers "free returns" just builds that postage cost into the original product cost. So if you don't return something then the company/Amazon just makes some extra money off of you without having to do anything to earn it. We prefer a more transparent approach.
