One of the worst companies to do business with. These people constantly lie and do not stand behind their product and absolutely no customer service. Save yourself a headache and don't do business with AeroGarden!

Purchased an Aerogarden Farm 24 XL, received an item that had been returned or "restocked" (their term). Pumps would not turn on , 1st attempt to correct failed, next solution is a part that is a 3 week back ordered item. Item exceeded $600.00, and never worked. Aerogarden's solution was to refund 10% and send free seeds

Ordered my aero garden nearly two months ago and still have not received it. Their customer service hardly responds, and I have received no update about where my order is...

No customer service. Although we are happy with the product so far, our power adapter was faulty when we unpackaged it. Tried to reach customer service but there is no customer service! We have had to use the EU plug and adapt it to get the product to work. A shame as otherwise would have been happy with this product.

Aerogarden customer service is all but NONEXISTENT. I have just spent HUNDREDS of dollars on my THIRD Aerogarden (they only last a couple of years, folks, so factor that into the cost of your produce - lettuce can easily come out to a buck a leaf or more!). I purchased the new WiFi enabled Bounty Elite and the iOS app is not working, so I am unable to use any of the smart features. I have sent MULTIPLE emails over several weeks. It takes over a week to get a response (*if* I get one), and every response is the same canned email telling me to download the new version of the app. I already HAVE the latest version, which I have *repeatedly* told them. In fact, I have sent them very clear step by step actions with screenshots that clearly explain the issue, but it is obvious no one actual read it. Oh...and my new garden has came with multiple “dead” herb pods. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!

Terrible service. Placed an order for one of their products on Dec 14. They guaranteed delivery by Christmas. Just to be sure I paid 9.95 for priority 2to 5day del. Not only did they not deliver on time, but they never notified me that they could not. I could understand having a problem, but just saying nothing until called, leaving me no time to make other arrangements Would never dr trust them. Total lack of customer care

I really love Aerogarden products. When they work. Until now, customer service was excellent. Now, my calls are not returned - in fact, as of this week, there are no representatives to take our calls. I have purchased AT LEAST SIX AEROGARDENS. Every newly engaged friend receives a call from me asking which Aerogarden they want, and it is sent to their home. Last year, I upped my Aerogarden to an Elite. How many hundreds of dollars is that? I've spent thousands for Aerogardens and pods and replacement parts. My new Aerogarden light hood should not fail to operate after one cycle of use. And customer service should really respond. I am surprised. I am surprised at their lack of customer service, and I am saddened to see that I am, by far, not the only one. I have this to say: Aerogarden, I hope that this is temporary. Perhaps this pandemic has your company somehow in its grips. I hope not. I hope you recover. I hope you restore yourself to the magnificent company you once were. Previously, your customer service representatives were both intelligent and generously helpful. I hope this is a glitch. And I really hope you replace my broken light hood.

Quite funny at first with the herbs kit, grows quickly. But that's all you can ever grow as it's impossible to buy any other seeds (at least in the UK)! their website has nothing at all (same on amazon); I wanted to buy a grow bowl and strawberry crowns: unavailable in the UK. Tomatoes seeds? unavailable. What's the point then? Also my first aerogarden broke after 3 months; the screen started to be flickery and one day it shut down for ever. It seems to be a common problem afer reading other review. They replaced it for free though so good customer service for that. But all in, I don't recommend, unless you love eating basil everyday.
