NOT WORTH THE RISK
***UPDATE 9/15/26 18:45PM EST:*** HA! Here I am on a public forum admitting I was "Wr-r-r-r-r-r-ong", as the Fonz would say. An Aer Lingus Vacation Store manager did INDEED call me at 10:06AM EST today. I found the vm. She left message including their Terms & Conditions. Much appreciated. The call came from a number I did not recognize, and I initially missed the voicemail. I was wrong about that portion of my update and am correcting it accordingly. I have not booked anything with this travel company. Now, seeing that they received 2.2 stars (out of five), I will NOT book with them. My experience: Received an email notification there was a sale ongoing and would end tomorrow. I decided to see what they had. Long story short, when I went to book the "Fly-Drive" to Dublin, the initial advertised price was $899pp flying out of MCO on 10/19/26. Once I proceeded further, I was then offered (from aerlingusvacationstore.com) a "VALUE" promotion price of $199pp - "We are pleased to advise you that the price selected has been reduced. This lower price is presented here." Okay, cool. Goody for me! Then I hit the continue button and the price went back up to $899, with a message that deal had sold out. Ugh! Bummer. Ultimately, I had to go do something and ended up opening a new page later; to the same offer. Three times I did this. Huh. So, I reach out to them. Before I'm even done explaining the female rep interrupts me. Multiple times throughout our "conversation" Let's not forget her defensiveness. I'm not saying I was extremely polite throughout the entire conversation, but I was polite. I received multiple interruptions, talking over me, stonewalling, dismissiveness, excuses, defensiveness, denial, insults to my intelligence (are you sure? I haven't seen it - it doesn't come up on my webpage, maybe you are on a different website), her direct responses which made me feel as though my actual account of what I was seeing (and had proof of) wasn't believed, plus more. In the beginning of the conversation I had told this rep I had screenshots and could send them over. I didn't care about the $199 in the sense that "I HAVE TO HAVE THIS DEAL". I'm naturally a very curious person, I wanted to know what was going on. If I got the deal, BOOYAH! If I didn't, I felt the price advertised was still pretty good; especially since I didn't have to hunt down deals myself. I also wanted to know if they were aware of this issue. I did ask if they could honor the price (and this is where the fun began). My next question was to find out what could they do. Ha! With that argumentative call center rep, it was NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN. Now, am I a good Samaritan for being concerned about making sure they were aware? NOPE. But, it was no skin off my nose to call in and see if the deal was actually 'real' and if it wasn't, let them know. Edited as of 18:54PM 9/15: My concern about the original customer-service interaction remains. Regardless of the pricing outcome, I don't believe a customer trying to explain an unusual website issue should repeatedly be interrupted, talked over or made to feel that what they're reporting isn't credible—particularly when they're offering screenshots showing exactly what they're seeing.”

Rayginna: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent experience with us. We value all customer feedback and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. When you initially contacted our customer service team, the agent was unable to replicate the booking experience or pricing you had encountered on our website. To investigate the matter further, you were asked to provide screenshots showing the price you had seen. Our agent also made multiple attempts to replicate the pricing independently. As we were unable to verify the lower price at the time, we could not honor it without first completing a further investigation. Please be assured that we have also reviewed the call in question as part of our internal customer service review process. As requested, a manager subsequently reached out to you directly to discuss your concerns. The call was placed today (September 15th) at 10:06am ET. We understand that experiences can vary, and while the majority of our customers rate their experience positively—with 90% of our reviews receiving three stars or higher—we recognize that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion. We remain committed to offering competitively priced travel deals and providing our customers with memorable vacation experiences. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to review and respond to your concerns. Thank you again for your feedback. Regards: Aer Lingus Vacation Store
