I have been working with Shon @ AERI for several years now. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The can locate components quickly and they keep their pricing competitive. I also love that they verify that the parts are legitimate and not counterfeit before shipping them to our company.

AERI is our #1 independent distributor. They can always be counted on to provide high quality parts for the best price. AERI inspects all product prior to shipment. If there is any question of quality, they will notify you and provide photos. So the choice is yours to accept prior to shipment thus avoiding the time consuming and costly process of returning product. Even with this option, they still have a very generous return policy. They will also stock and hold material for future deliveries. AERI is also very aggressive in combating the proliferation of counterfeit parts on the market and take steps to ensure that such incidents are reported.
