AekeReviews of aeke.com

Ordered the Aeke S1 Pro on September 16th; today is October 19th, but I have not received the product. Over a month has passed. Communication with the logistics team has been awful. Although they respond in a timely manner, their responses are always generic, do not answer the question asked, and do not provide details. I sent several emails initiating and asking where my shipment was or at least for a delivery window—that was NEVER answered. Finally, after weeks of following up, they sent me a link, which didn't work, directing me to the shipping company. I had to call the shipping company myself to figure it all out. This has been a terrible experience overall for such an expensive piece of equipment. As the customer, I should not have to reach out and ask when and where my purchase is. It should be a seamless experience—and it has definitely not been!

I asked for a phone call. No one called

hace mas de dos semanas compre la s1 pro y aun estoy esperando; mas de 4000€ pagados y no recibo nada. me siento estafado

When I placed my order, it said it would be delivered in 7-10 days. I have not received anything regarding shipping. I have sent emails to the hello, sales support and logistics address and no one has answered. I called the customer service number who then gave me a separate number to call. I’ve called that number daily for a week, no one has ever answered it. I’ve left voicemails and have not been called back.

1. The platform is wobbly relative to the Speediance Gym Monster despite having dual lockout. 2. Requires an account an wifi conncneciton to set up. 3. You cannot easily just do a workout, because even a minor pause will force you to press continue, so doing things one side at a time is going to force you into unnecessary button presses. 4. They are more concerned with AI nonsense and throwing features and set courses at you rather than just letting you work out. 5. This is not for advanced lifters; this is built and designed with casual people who will probably never even stick with this in the first place. 6. Speediance Gym Monster is cheaper and more stable. 7. Customer service was non-responsive. 8. While the arms are nice, the setup time is pretty high, and you don't really unlock that many more new things with it, so it will take time for it to get intuitive; not worth the extra hassle. 9. If you like doing suitcase-type lifts, this is simply not going to work for you in Full ROM, Speediance is much better here because you can truly have the weight lift from the ground, and that inch makes a huge difference. 8. This product has a long way to go before I can recommend it; I can't say that the arms are worth it.

I can’t believe how long it has taken to get my product. I have still not received it and don’t even have a date for it to get scheduled. I don’t think I would have minded except for the fact they advertised 7-10 business days. I think we are about a month out at this point with no delivery date on our radar

I ordered a K1 weeks ago and have not received it. It is impossible to reach and talk to a customer service representative. I haven’t even received the machine yet and I am already disappointed.
