I was sent batteries that appeared to…
I was sent batteries that appeared to be expired. I was told that I was looking at the manufactures date. It made no sense to me being other items we have show an expiration date in the same place. I ordered an AED and called to find out where it was. I was told my order had been cancelled because it was no longer available. 1) Why did I have to call to find that out? 2) Why was it available on your website? 3) I never received an email showing the credit back onto the credit card. 4) I asked in an email for assistance in purchasing an AED that is available. I never heard anything back.

Hi there! We sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced — your concerns are completely valid. The date printed on the batteries can understandably be confusing, as it often reflects the manufacturer’s date rather than the expiration date, but we should have communicated that more clearly. Regarding your AED order, we’re very sorry for the lack of communication. You should have been promptly notified about the product’s availability and refund, and we regret that this did not happen. Please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] so we can confirm your refund details and personally assist you in finding a replacement AED that meets your needs. We truly appreciate your patience and the opportunity to improve from this experience.
