I needed to get recertified for my work office. Cardio Partners was a no brainer, as I have used them in the past. The process is always clear, easy, and efficient. They sent a link directly to my email so I could always access it quickly. I loved all the scenarios, and that I can go back and find more.

I run a manufacturing plant and we can't find young help anymore. But lately we've had a lot of luck taking the company van to the Senior Center around dinner. We pick up a few strays, work them 3-4 hours, and then shuttle them home before morning and no one is any the wiser. Obviously we're taking a big risk, so we bought a refurb AED from Cardio Partners just in case someone's grandpa attempted "early retirement." The device looked brand new and got here fast, which was quite fortunate for Arthur. He had a heart problem in the cafeteria the other night, and we were able to zap him back to the mixing station on 2nd shift. No production lost! The device has basically paid for itself already. Great place to buy. Purchased a refurbished AED. When it arrived, the AED was clearly refurbished, tested, cleaned, etc. But the soft case it came in was filthy dirty! It looked like my 2 yr old's car seat after 6 months of not cleaning. It was disgusting. Not sure how it got past quality control....But after a simple phone call, I was put in touch with the service department and they immediately apologized, let their team know what happened, and sent me a brand new case at no cost. Mistakes happen, but this company made sure to make things right. I'd buy from them again.

I am very pleased with my service with Cardio Partners. I was struggling to find a battery for my AED, many sites reported the battery was in-stock but after calling they would tell me they were actually out of stock. I called Cardio Partners and the customer service was excellent. They answered my questions and the stock status was accurate. I was able to get my battery in a timely fashion!

Had someone in the industry tell me that due to supply chain issues, it would be a long time before we would be able to get a replacement battery. We were extremely excited and grateful that we could order online from Cardio Partners website and have battery delivered in 2 days! Thanks so much!
