Awful experience, unfortunately. Placed an online order, paid for overnight shipping and a week later called to inquire where our AED machine was. Was told someone in the credit dept was holding up our order and trying to call our office. No idea why, since the product was paid for by credit card on the day it was ordered. Verified with our office staff that no such calls from the credit dept were received. Perhaps if the credit dept was having issues getting a hold of someone they could have emailed me, the contact person. Why in the world would you hold up a PAID FOR order? Caused a lot of stress and panic as there was an important reason we needed that product overnighted. Won't be recommending or ordering from Cardio Partners again.

I ordered 2 AED and 2 child attachments. I received an email saying I marked the order tax exempt.(Honestly I didn't notice that on the order the first time.) I replied back to the email saying that was done in error and to charge my card the tax. I never got a follow up email or a call before the order was canceled. Didn't know until my credit card was credited for the original amount. My cell number was clearly in my order details. Surprised no one picked up the phone before cancelling a $1500 order. Had to go back on the site and order everything a second time. This delayed receiving my original order by weeks.
