Our CC was charged but we didn’t receive our AED that we purchased nor an email explaining why. I had to call and they said it was on back order without any more details. This should have been explained to us in advance and our card not charged and the device shipped.

Our AED equipment is not working, I've tried for days to contact someone on the CS line and the line is busy. So we will eat the money and go to Cintas for another AED machine.

Purchased a Physio-Control LIFEPAK 1000 AED from them at the end of January for $1500. Inquired about a trade in. They offered me $300. Good way to ensure you don't get a repeat customer. Will definitely take my business elsewhere.

Our recertified AEDs like the LIFEPAK 1000 you purchased are on average 40% lower in price than purchasing a new AED ($2,500 for the new version of that unit).
